I was recently working with the GECC on a project with my friend Derrick to complete some balloon decorations for The Color Purple Premiere and it was phenomenal. The communication with Derrick was amazing to small details as placed for decoration. He showed professionalism once I was on the worksite. Everything was well organized and I will definitely working with you again and refer others as well.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Derrick months prior to meeting him. I have never been a member of a chamber in the past. I was able to go to one GECC and I enjoyed the networking aspect. I invited Derrick to my event prior to joining and he show up and brought people with him to enjoy. I spoke Derrick about business several times prior to making my decision. GECC is an outstanding organization. I am proud that the region has a great support system for small businesses in the area. It is an amazing thing that they have programs in place to assist during hard times like we have recently faced with Covid-19. Great place if have an ambitious vision but don’t know where to get started or how to manifest it properly. GECC has connected me to plenty of helpful resources for establishing my business. I am excited about the diversity GECC has in the local business community.  I have enjoyed meeting many of these strong entrepreneurs.  Watching and listening to them talk about the way they want to impact our business community has given me renewed energy.  If you haven’t attended an event I encourage it.
